Part of the reason we do what we do is because we’re dedicated to not only making the world a beautiful place, but a better one. So when we learned about the UNICEF Next Generation Art Party LA we wanted to jump right in and help in any way possible. We have always been massive supporters of UNICEF and NextGen. Together they are focusing on influential young leaders who commit their time, resources and incredible enthusiasm to providing children and mothers in developing nations with assistance.
This year, proceeds from the soiree are benefitting children in Mexico—and the surrounding countries of El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras—where young people struggle daily with health, safety and migration issues. Thus far, donations have helped establish “Children on the Move” which creates vocational, recreational and educational alternatives for these deserving young people. So, if you’d like to put your money where your heart is (and get some amazing artwork) here are the details.
Hope to see you there!
What is it?
The 4th Annual UNICEF Next Generation Art Party LA, February 24th, 2018
Where is it?
800 Main Street Venice, CA 90291
How do I get a ticket?
I can’t go but I want to support the cause and score some art!
No problem. There’s also an online auction where you’ll have access to the same great artworks by such acclaimed artists as Ed Ruscha, Kenny Scharf and Aaron Sandnes.
I love UNICEF and its mission. How else can I help?
In addition to our donation, we are also giving out an exclusive Velvet by Graham & Spencer shopping card at the party to each guest. These give you 20% off all purchases at either our Brentwood or Abbot Kinney stores. Also, with this card and through the month of April, we will donate 5% of your purchase to UNICEF and it’s causes.
