Beautiful dress, no belt

The dress is lovely, the colors are gorgeous and not too much like I was afraid of because of the long sleeve style. However, the belt was not included?

Also, I wish the sleeves could stay a bit higher above the wrist — an elastic sleeve ending would have been more practical and very pretty. Currently they are sort of drooping almost to my fingers.
