It will cool down (we swear) and when it does, you’ll be prepped for all things Fall with our new Collection. Just so you know what’s in store, here’s our pick for the trends you’re going to want to wear.
Make it Mustard: The hue of the season is this spicy yellow shade that adds a pop of color and compliments every skin tone. Other hues that also fall into the spice group are clove, cinnamon and olive green. Think of them as a colorful update but still understated enough to be considered a neutral.
Try a Print: Prints are still prominent, but the scale is smaller, making them perfect from work to the weekend. Also, when a print is smaller, it’s easier to pair with other patterns or details, so try mixing them with either a bolder floral, a check or even a slim stripe.
Slip into a Relaxed Silhouette: Just like the transitional season, separates have also gotten a little softer and breezier. Chic trousers feature a cinched, paper-bag waist that flows out to a slightly wider, yet flattering, cropped leg, while peasant blouses take on a flutter sleeve or details on the shoulder or neckline to create a relaxed body.
Settle in with Stripes: You can’t go wrong with a classic horizontal stripe and this season we’ve given it a fall-inspired color palette. What’s new in this look is the vertical stripe, which lends a more vintage, 70’s vibe, especially when crafted out of cotton that will get softer with age.
