If you are not 100% satisfied with your Velvet-tees.com order, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Velvet-tees.com will reject all returned merchandise showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, or pet hair. Refunds will not be issued on rejected returns and merchandise will be returned to the customer.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Your refund will be processed in the same form as the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed. Merchandise received after the 30 day return policy, with prior approval, will be issued a store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Velvet-tees.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
We only accept returns that were purchased on Velvet-tees.com. We will not accept Velvet Boutique purchases and Velvet by Graham & Spencer merchandise that was purchased at any other retailers.
