Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Velvet-tees.com order, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Velvet-tees.com will reject all returned merchandise showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, or pet hair. Refunds will not be issued on rejected returns and merchandise will be returned to the customer. 

Please note, international orders that are returned will not be eligible for a refund on taxes, duties, or shipping costs.

We offer Redo Shipping Protection at checkout — ensuring a smooth and more convenient return process. When selected, Redo provides you unlimited returns or exchanges on your order. If you decide to opt out, our standard return policy still applies—returns will be accepted and a $7.00 fee will be deducted from your refund value which will be applied to the return shipping cost.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
