    versatile and soft

    I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I had trouble getting this top on! It has layers and it's important to get your arms into the armholes the right way. Anyway, once I got it on I was impressed with how soft it is. Velvet has always made beautifully soft tops. I like that I can either fold the neckline down or up. I can see this being very versatile during season changes - with a cardigan in the winter and on its own during warmer months. It hugs my body and shows off my slim waist. I love it!

    Fitted but not tight, more skims the body. Nice long sleeves—I am tall so appreciate this! The fabric is sheer in white but nude underpinnings will do the trick.
