    Love it

    This was my first purchase from Velvet and according to the size chart the XL might have been a bit small on me, I'm a 62 yo size 16 hourglass figure, 5"9" tall. This xl dress fit perfectly. The material is soft and light and it's lined but it doesn't look like it would be hot in the summer. There is some elastic below the bust which isn't tight. The notch neckline isn't too revealing, the sleeves aren't too puffy and it doesn't have too much fabric, which is the current trend. Overall it's a super cute dress, the pattern is great and its very flattering. If you're in between sizes perhaps size down with this dress.
