    Never. Received.item. Customer service is not responding. No help from ups and usps. Customer service told me it would be received by Friday, July 7th. Arrival was advised delivered on July 1. I am very upset. I have purchased a lot from Velvet. I expect better service.

    This top kind of replaced the former dolman style, same great fabric, and the cut is even better (no

    More middle stitched seems on the front and back) and this color is amazing!! It still can be worn off the shoulder too.
